Silver City, NM is not necessarily a household name, but it is an interesting artsy little Town. I usually pass through there about once every year or so, but, when I do, I like to take my breakfast at Nancy's. They have a great green chili sauce (red as well, if that's your preference) complimenting any egg dish, especially the huevos rancheros.
